Our executive villa is in Rolling Hills Estates at Formosa Gardens, which is one of the closest residential areas to the Walt Disney World parks.  Only 5 minutes’ drive to Disney's main gate, its proximity allows guests to return to the villa for an afternoon break, before returning to the parks in the evening for fireworks and parades. It also takes the hassle out of lengthy line-ups and traffic, with anxious kids waiting to get there.
